A lot of people drink green tea these days but did you know that green tea is not only good for your internal system but also a great skin care ingredient? The first time I used green tea as a face mask was on a random evening when I thought to myself green tea surely should be good for skin as well – and so after having my evening cup of green tea, I ripped up the tea bag, mixed the leaves with some honey and smothered it all over my face! It also possesses potent anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce the redness and inflammation brought about by zits, thereby helping them heal sans the scars”
