So today’s post is very different from my regular post but after all the stress of preparing for my exams and it paying off in the end (although I still have one more to go), my friend and I decided we would celebrate with Oreo Milkshakes… Yes. Lol… We really love it. So here’s my quick and easy guide on how to make Oreo milkshake.
Step 1: Put all the ingredients in the Blender ^_^
First of all, put the Ice Cream in the Jug. I used about a third of the 2 litres tub, that’s about 0.65 liters of Ice cream…
Then put your Oreo cookies into the Jug as well. I put mine in as whole cookies but it is actually better to break them up into smaller pieces (at least into halves) as this would help it blend easily (I had a problem with mine)…
Next you take your chocolate milk and pour it into the mix. The amount you use depends on how thick you want your milkshake to be. I like mine quite thick so I used only a about 2/3 of the bottle (220ml) but if you like yours not too thick then go ahead and pour everything in. ^_^
Step 2: Blend it!!!
Next thing you have to do is plug your blender into the socket and blend…
If you have any difficulty with the mix not moving in the blender, that’s perfectly normal. Just turn off the blender, take off the lid and use your spoon and mix the mix around :D. You may have to do this a few more times but eventually it would all start to move smoothly. This happens because of the thickness of the Ice cream.
When the Milkshake is done, it should have an even consistency. You may have to check this by using your spoon once again to feel round the mix.
Step 3: Drink up!!!
Next step, and my favourite step, the moment I am dreaming of again, is to serve it in a glass cup and enjoy ^_^.
Thanks for reading and I hope you liked this post.
Until next time
